IFTA-Winning Actor Liam Cunningham To Lead St Patrick's Festival Parade in Dublin

The Irish Academy congratulates IFTA winner Liam Cunningham on his selection by the St Patrick’s Festival to lead this year’s Festival Parade as Grand Marshal.

The Dublin native was chosen in recognition of his outstanding contribution to Irish acting both at home and internationally.

This month, Liam won an IFTA Award for his role in 'Game of Thrones' (see Liam's acceptance speech here on IFTA YouTube Channel) and has previously won two Best Supporting Actor IFTAs for his roles in ‘The Wind That Shakes the Barley’ and ‘Hunger’.
