Irish Film & Television Academy are delighted to host a special IFTA Viewing season screening of Mammal, on Tuesday 22nd March at 6.30pm at the Odeon Point Village.
Mammal is directed by Rebecca Daly (The Other Side of Sleep), from a script by Daly and Glenn Montgomery. Their tentative trust is threatened by his involvement with a violent gang and the escalation of her ex-husband’s (Michael McElhatton - Game of Thrones) grieving rage.
The film, which premiered to high critical acclaim at Sundance, also stars Johnny Ward (Love/Hate) and Nika McGuigan (Philomena) and shot in Ireland and Luxembourg.
Mammal was produced by Macdara Kelleher and Conor Barry for Fastnet Films (Strangerland, Kisses, What If) and was funded by the Irish Film Board (IFB), Luxembourg Film Fund, BAI, TV3 and the Netherlands Film Fund.
