The Irish Film and Television Academy (IFTA) is delighted to present this special ONLINE discussion for Sea Fever with Writer/Director Neasa Hardiman and Producers John McDonnell & Brendan McCarthy in attendance, as part of the Irish Academy awards viewing season.
SEA FEVER: Autistic marine biology student Siobhán endures a research week on a transnational fishing trawler, where she's miserably at odds with the close-knit crew. Out in the deep Atlantic, an unfathomable life form ensnares the boat. When members of the crew start succumbing to a strange infection, Siobhán must overcome her alienation and win the crew's trust, before everyone is lost.
