Brie Larson

Starting out in praised supporting roles in the films Greenberg, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and 21 Jump Street, Brie Larson also featured as a rebellious teenager in the television series United States of Tara. Her breakthrough role came with the independent drama Short Term 12 for which she was received critical acclaim. Further success came in 2015 when she starred in Irish film Room, an acclaimed drama based on Emma Donoghue's novel of the same name. She won several awards for her portrayal of a troubled mother in the film, including the Academy Award for Best Actress.

Cate Blanchett

Cate Blanchett came to international attention for her role as Elizabeth I of England in Shekhar Kapur's 1998 film Elizabeth, for which she earned her first Academy Award for Best Actress nomination. Her portrayal of Katharine Hepburn in Martin Scorsese's 2004 film The Aviator brought her critical acclaim and many accolades, including the Academy Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role. In 2013, she starred as Jasmine French in Woody Allen's Blue Jasmine, for which she won numerous accolades including the Academy Award for Best Actress.

Charlotte Rampling

Early roles of Rampling’s include Georgy Girl, The Damned and The Night Porter. She went on to star in Zardoz, Farewell, My Lovely, Woody Allen's Stardust Memories and opposite Paul Newman in The Verdict. In the 2000s, she became the muse of French director François Ozon, appearing in his films Under the Sand, Swimming Pool and Angel. On television, she is known for her role as Evelyn Vogel in Dexter. In 2012, she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award and a SAG Award for her performance in the miniseries Restless. Other television roles include the 2015 dramas Broadchurch and London Spy.

Rachel Griffiths

Rachel Griffiths came to prominence with the 1994 film Muriel's Wedding and her Academy Award nominated performance in Hilary and Jackie. She is best known for her portrayals of Brenda Chenowith in the HBO series Six Feet Under and Sarah Walker Laurent on the ABC primetime drama Brothers & Sisters. Her work in film and television has earned her a Golden Globe Award, two Screen Actors Guild Awards and three Australian Film Institute Awards.
