Sharon Horgan, actress, writer, producer and director, co-wrote and starred in BAFTA nominated and British Comedy Award winning Pulling and the critically acclaimed Catastrophe. Other work includes Dead Boss, Todd Margaret, Psychobitches, Run and Jump and Death of a Superhero. Her new series Divorce has recently been commissioned by HBO.
Peter McKenna wrote for RTE’s Fair City and was Head Writer and Story Consultant on The Clinic. As the first Irish writer on the BBC Writers Academy, Peter wrote for Doctors, Eastenders, Casualty and Holby City. Peter wrote episodes of Frankie and The Musketeers for BBC One.
Barry Murphy is the co-founder of the Comedy Cellar – Ireland’s longest running comedy venue, and is easily recognised as one of the “ten kings of Irish Comedy over the last 20 years” (Hot Press). The last few years have seen him concentrating on writing and performing Irish Pictorial Weekly, Soupy Norman and Après Match. Irish Pictorial Weekly will be back on RTE TV this autumn.
Christopher "Chris" O'Dowd is an Irish actor and comedian who created and is currently starring in the Sky 1 television series Moone Boy. Nick Vincent Murphy is an Irish screenwriter.
