RTÉ Investigates - Nightmare To Let spent six months examining standards in the private rental sector. Undercover researchers found dangerously overcrowded accommodation with multiple fire safety breaches. One building alone contained over 60 tenants while another had over 40 tenants. Three of these buildings have since been closed after inspection by Dublin Fire Brigade.

The People's Debate was an experiment in democracy television. The programme travelled to each of Ireland's 40 constituencies, where voters were given the opportunity to meet and question their elected representatives and contesting candidates in front of live audience.
