Gerard Barrett is a 27 year old writer/director/producer from Kerry whose debut feature, 'Pilgrim Hill' earned him the 2013 IFTA Rising Star Award. 'Glassland' is his second feature film. Barrett will next work with Charlize Theron on Brain On Fire.
Frank Berry is a Dublin-born director whose work began with 10 years of community filmmaking and television. This work led to his critically acclaimed feature documentary Ballymun Lullaby (2011), winner of the DGA Directors Finders Award and his feature film I Used to Live Here (2014), winner of Best First Feature Award at the Galway Film Fleadh 2014.
Will Collins is a screenwriter whose credits include the award winning, My Brothers and Academy Award nominated Song of the Sea. Will won the Pitching Award at the Galway Film Fleadh in 2007 and was nominated for Best Film Script at the IFTA's in 2011. He graduated from the NUIG Huston School of Film and Digital Media with a Masters in Screenwriting in 2006.
Terry McMahon's directorial debut was Charlie Casanova, which won Best First Feature at the Galway Film Fleadh and was nominated for four IFTAs. He has won the RKO Pictures Hartley-Merrill Screenwriting Award and the Tiernan McBride Screenwriting Award, and lectured on screenwriting and acting at TCD, UCD, and the John Huston Film School.
